RadRecruit (“RadRecruit,” “we,” “us”) is a recruiting firm based in Minnesota. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it. It covers this website only — not the separate recruiting work we perform for clients and candidates away from the site.
Information we collect
When you browse. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We also use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — how many people visit and which pages are popular. This analytics is cookieless, does not identify you personally, and does not track you across other websites.
When you contact us. If you email us using the links on this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, and to operate, secure, and improve the website. That’s it.
Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising or social-media pixels, we do not record your individual browsing sessions, and we do not use cookies to track you. Our analytics is cookieless and aggregate.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control. Because we do not track you across other sites or sell your information, browser signals such as Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) do not change what we do — there is nothing to opt out of.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information you send us stays internal to RadRecruit.
We do rely on a small number of service providers to run the website, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) only to deliver the site to you:
- Vercel — website hosting and the cookieless analytics described above.
- A content delivery network that serves part of the site’s code (the Tailwind CSS library).
How long we keep it
We keep emails you send us no longer than necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then delete them.

Children
This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
