Accessibility Statement
RadRecruit is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers or keyboard navigation.
Standard we work toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we do not claim that every part of the site is fully conformant at all times — but it is the standard we build and improve against.
What we’ve done
Steps currently in place across the site include:
- Semantic page structure with a single main heading, a
mainlandmark, and a “Skip to content” link on every page. - Full keyboard operability, with visible focus and no keyboard traps.
- Color contrast checked against the WCAG AA thresholds.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting.
- A responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility as the site changes and work to fix issues as we find them. We do not use an accessibility “overlay” widget; we address accessibility in the site itself.
